Founded and led by Tommy and Thea, both with backgrounds in fine arts and fashion design, MARSH brings more than 15 years of combined industry experience across uniforms, fashion and branding. Their approach is straightforward: guide the process, handle the details and make sure everything lands just right.

Designed in Byron Bay and produced by a trusted, family-run manufacturer in Denpasar, Bali, MARSH creates considered workwear that is functional, adaptable and made to move between environments.
