Shipping is free on orders over $300 Australia wide. For orders under $300, we charge a flat fee of $15.

We send orders out using Australia Post or courier service. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, and depending on where you are, usually take between 2-8 days to arrive. Rural areas may take longer. We'll update your order with your tracking number once it's dispatched.

We currently only ship Internationally to New Zealand at a flat rate of $25.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Circa purchase and will gladly accept returns on all full price items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

We don't accept returns or exchanges on sale items or skincare.

Return costs are at the expense of the customer.

Domestic orders returned to Circa will be refunded minus shipping costs for either a refund or exchange.

International orders are eligible for refund only and shipping is to be organised by the customer.

Full price online orders can be returned free of charge in-store for store credit or exchange only.

Please ensure your products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. For swimwear, all tags and hygiene stickers must be attached to be eligible for return.

In Store Purchases Returns Policy

Purchases made for full price items in-store are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

Store credits are valid for 1 years and can be redeemed in-store or online.
