Our delightful felt Dim Sum set consist of a Pork Bun (Char Siew Pau), a Soup Dumpling, a Pan-fried Dumpling, a fried Wonton, a Siew Mai, Spinach Dumpling and a sweet Custard Bun in a shape of a rabbit.
Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese cuisine consisting of bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. The cuisine is often accompanied by tea drinking which is "Yum Cha".
